Beef Brisket Sandwich with Mac and Cheese

Pair your favorite ice cream with our bakery department homestyle chocolate chip cookies for an customizable, cold treat that's easy to bring to any outdoor event.

Ingredients:

  1. 6-8 oz. Smokehouse Smoked Brisket from our Bakery Department
  2. BBQ Sauce, your choice.
  3. Red Cabbage, shredded (optional)
  4. Pickles (optional)
  5. Hamburger Bun
  6. Butter

Directions:

  1. On a medium heat pan, butter and place hamburger bun face down until toasted.
  2. Add smoked brisket to bottom bun and drizzle barbeque sauce over. Alternatively, toss brisket and sauce in a bowl for a more uniform presentation.
  3. Top with pickles and shredded red cabbage (optional)
  4. Place the top bun and enjoy with a side of macaroni and cheese!
